A new season slips in,
in the middle of the old, dry and crackling
winter.
Little buds, like oil bubbles in water,
poke their heads up.
And, all of the sudden,
from 1 to 2 is over.
One year lost to ambition,
craving,
distraction,
ego, and hunger.
And I must cling to the bright spring flowers
to remind me of everything
of which I have always dreamed.

Lunch - Deli Meat Sandwich
Dinner - Chicken Tamale Casserole
Thursday:
Breakfast - French Toast with Fresh Fruit
Lunch - Left overs
Dinner - Meal with Friends
Friday:
Breakfast - Eggs with toast
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad
Dinner - Homemade Pizza/ Salad
Saturday:
Breakfast - Pancakes
Lunch - Left over Pizza
Dinner - Baked Chicken with Veggie and Bread
Sunday:
Breakfast - Cereal and yogurt
Lunch - Grilled Chicken with Apples and Goat cheese
Dinner - Meal with Friends
